We’re looking for a friendly, detail-oriented customer service representative to be the face of our Sign and Graphics shop. You'll greet customers, answer phones, manage incoming requests, and prepare jobs. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys a mix of customer interaction, organization, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment Responsibilities: • Great assist, walking customers, handling inquiries, and guiding them through project options • Answer Phone’s emails and online requests promptly • Gather project details, measurements, and artwork from customers • Prepare and follow up on quotes on estimates • Coordinate with Designers & production teams to keep jobs on schedule Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in signage, printing, construction, or a related field • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills • Organized and self-driven with strong follow-through • Comfortable reading basic design proofs and translating client needs into visual solutions • Tech-savvy—able to learn quoting software, CRM tools, and email/phone systems • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for in-person client visit • Prior experience in customer service, Printing, or the sign industry of preferred • Strong communication of people skills • Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks • Professional appearance of positive attitude Bonus points Experience with Illustrator or designing software • Interested in signage design or visual branding Compensation: $17 - $22 hourly
