    In-House Customer Service Inside Sales Representative We’re looking for a full-time in-office inside sales and customer service representative to join our team! You’ll convert pre-qualified leads into new customers and turn existing clients into repeat business while also helping process the day-to-day workflow. Responsibilities: • Manages walk-in traffic, incoming calls, and email communications, and takes appropriate actions • Answers phone calls, identifies client’s needs, provides solutions to assist with questions, and/or orders needed • Collects accurate and complete information to process and input orders • Calculates and prepares estimates and quotes, and solicits bids from vendors where necessary • Serves as a primary contact for clients and a liaison between sales, production, installers, and clients • Oversees and creates opportunities for in-house phone and front counter sales • Performs quality checks on outgoing jobs, using an eye for detail, care for quality approach • Places phone calls and/or emails to follow up on estimates, accounts receivable, and dormant clients • Updates client records and purchasing history, maintains records with accurate and updated information • Understands products, services, and procedures within the organization • Markets products, solutions, and services to previous, current, and prospective clients • Maintains communication logs and other pertinent records • Packages printed jobs for shipping and produces shipping labels • Assists with scheduling, priority changes in a fast-paced environment • Assists with other projects as needed Qualifications: • Sign industry experience strongly preferred • Strong mathematical and analytical skills • At least one year of experience as sales or customer service representative • Working knowledge of CRM software and the sales process • Must have great communication skills, presentation skills, customer service skills, and listening skills • High school diploma or GED required, bachelor’s degree preferred Compensation: $21 - $24 hourly
