    We are looking to hire a Customer Service Representative in El Segundo, CA You will be responsible for a diverse range of administrative tasks related to business development and client assistance at the Center in El Segundo, CA, including the following: • Utilize expertise and abilities to organize the sales team and ensure effective support for local marketing endeavors. • Guarantee all departments are equipped with essential resources such as tools, equipment, literature, and marketing assistance to boost the center's sales volume. • Act as a crucial communication channel between the sales team and production team. • Address the requirements of clients and potential clients whenever necessary. • This role plays a vital part in facilitating the Center's growth and success. Responsibilities: • Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints in a polite and professional manner • Follow established company policies and procedures when responding to customer inquiries and requests • Enter customer information into company databases accurately and promptly • Resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently • Research and prepare customer service reports as needed • Attend the daily Work In Progress (WIP) meetings • Serve as liaison to keep Production informed of upcoming work in the sales pipeline, and inform the sales team of any hiccups that may negatively impact the client relationship • Assist production with installation schedules, deliveries, or client pick-up communications Qualifications: • Possesses strong interpersonal skills and can easily build rapport with customers through phone calls or emails • Highly organized and able to help others achieve the same • Adept at staying calm in challenging situations • Has the capacity to multitask and manage different tasks while maintaining focus and changing priorities as needed • Demonstrates a high level of accountability and willingness to make decisions, take initiative, and learn from mistakes • Technologically proficient in MS Word, Excel, and CRM software, as well as possessing the ability to acquire knowledge of the company's POS system quickly • A team player who is capable of performing their duties with exceptional results Compensation: $18 - $22 hourly
