    We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team at KUCHT Appliances. This role is ideal for someone organized, proactive, and comfortable handling real customer situations — not just answering calls, but driving solutions.

    What You’ll Do

    Handle customer calls and emails with professionalism and empathy

    Manage service cases from start to finish (not just “log and forget”)

    Coordinate with technicians and internal teams to resolve issues

    Follow up with customers to ensure things actually get fixed

    Keep clear, organized notes in our system

    This is a hands-on role where you’ll own cases, not just respond to them

    What We’re Looking For

    Customer service experience (appliances/service industry is a plus)

    Strong communication skills (English required, Spanish is a big plus)

    Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple cases

    Comfortable dealing with frustrated customers and solving problems

    Tech-friendly (CRM, Google tools, spreadsheets)
