    • Our client is a leading manufacturer of precision-engineered suspension solutions used in lighting, HVAC, and industrial applications. They have been a trusted provider in the commercial sectors for over 30 years, partnering with OEMs, distributors, and commercial clients to deliver high-quality, safety-focused solutions.
    • They are seeking a customer Service Representative to join their team. This is a hands-on role providing timely, professional service to clients. The ideal candidate will bring strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and prior experience in an order-based manufacturing or distribution environment.

    Responsibilities:

    • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email with clarity and professionalism
    • Provide quotes, enter orders, and process returns or credits
    • Communicate product details, lead times, and shipping timelines accurately
    • Collaborate with sales, warehouse, and procurement teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
    • Research and resolve order-related issues, escalating when needed
    • Build positive, long-term relationships with customers through consistent follow-up and service
    • Maintain customer files and contribute to internal reporting or process improvement as needed
    • Support occasional product info requests, catalog mailings, and RMA processing

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma required; additional education a plus
    • 3+  years of customer service experience in a manufacturing or order-processing environment
    • Solid computer skills, including Excel and Microsoft Office
    • ERP system experience preferred (Microsoft Dynamics NAV a plus)
    • Comfortable interpreting customer needs and offering product-based solutions

    Compensation:

    • Base salary in the 50k - 60k/year range
