    Requirements

    Strong communication and problem-solving skills

    Phone etiquette

    Comfortable using computers, CRM software, and multitasking

    Prior customer service experience is a plus but not required

    Ability to remain calm and empathetic in challenging situations

    Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
