    We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Rockaway, NJ team. This position is responsible for delivering high-quality customer service by processing purchase orders, preparing quotes, and providing product and order-related support. This role requires a strong understanding of company products, accurate data entry, and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and timely fulfillment. **

    What You'll Do

    * Maintain a strong understanding of the company's product lines and quality documentation.
    * Accurately process customer purchase orders and maintain related records.
    * Prepare and issue price quotes for customers in a timely manner.
    * Provide responsive and professional support to customers regarding pricing, orders, shipments, returns, and product inquiries.
    * Coordinate effectively with sales, production, and shipping teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
    * Process customer returns and credit applications in accordance with company procedures.
    * Handle customer complaints with professionalism and work toward positive resolution.
    * Provide feedback to management regarding recurring service issues or customer concerns.
    * Reconcile freight invoices accurately.
    * Enter and maintain customer and order information in the ERP system.
    * Organize and prioritize daily workload to meet deadlines.
    * Support general office and administrative functions as assigned.
    * Collaborate with team members while maintaining flexibility to handle varied tasks as needed.
    

    What You Bring

    Education & Experience

    * High school diploma or GED required.
    * Previous experience in customer service, data entry, or inside sales preferred.
    

    Skills & Competencies

    * Excellent customer service and communication skills.
    * Strong data entry accuracy and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
    * Experience with ERP systems (IQMS experience is an asset).
    * Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
    * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    * Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
    * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Microsoft Teams.
