Customer Service Representative (Sales & Customer Experience) – FASTSIGNS West Dallas

What You’ll Do

Be the first point of contact for walk-in, phone, and email customers

Guide customers through solutions by recommending signage and graphics products

Prepare estimates, process orders, and manage projects from start to finish

Coordinate with production and installation teams to ensure smooth delivery

Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and generate repeat business

Proactively reach out to prospects through calls, emails, and marketing efforts

What We’re Looking For

Experience in customer service, retail, or inside sales

Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor

Comfortable working with computers, email, and order entry systems

Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects

Ability to read a ruler and perform basic calculations

Spanish-speaking skills are a plus
