A Successful FASTSIGNS Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative Will:
Serve as the initial point of contact for current and prospective customers in the FASTSIGNS Center
Build strong relationships with customers and turn prospects into long-term clients
Handle inbound inquiries professionally and follow up consistently to convert leads into sales
Make outbound calls to generate new business opportunities and strengthen the sales pipeline
Be comfortable making a minimum of 100 calls per week
Schedule at least 5 qualified appointments per week
Learn how to prepare estimates, process work orders, and help ensure timely delivery of completed jobs
Drive the sales process from first contact through closing
Identify customer needs and recommend the best signage and visual communication solutions
Communicate clearly and confidently by phone, email, in person, and at customer locations
Participate in daily team meetings and actively support business development and marketing efforts
Follow directions well while also being able to think critically and work independently
Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer concerns with professionalism
Stay organized, manage multiple priorities, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Bring energy, initiative, and a positive attitude to the team every day
Ideal Qualifications for FASTSIGNS Inside Sales Representative:
2–3 years of sales, retail, counter sales, inside sales, or customer service experience preferred
High school diploma or equivalent required
Proven ability to build rapport, develop trust, and close sales
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable with both inbound and outbound calling
Goal-oriented with a strong sense of urgency and follow-through
Self-motivated, driven, and results-focused
Passionate about sales and helping customers find solutions
Strong listening, organization, and time management skills
Critical thinker with good judgment and decision-making ability
Professional, personable, and confident in dealing with a wide variety of customers
Ability to work under pressure and maintain high-quality work in a busy environment
Basic computer skills and comfort working on a screen for extended periods
Ability to sit for long periods of time (4 hours or more)
