    Job Description

    Job Summary
    We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Aftermarket Order and Invoicing Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the orders and invoicing for aftermarket services, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all transactions.

    Duties & Responsibilities
    ● Process customer orders for aftermarket parts and services in a timely manner especially those related to process analyst and 24/7 technical service
    ● Create and manage invoices for aftermarket transactions
    ● Verify order details, pricing, and customer information for accuracy
    ● PGI process analyst and 24/7 items when service is eligible
    ● Handle customer inquiries regarding orders, invoices, and payments
    ● Maintain accurate records of all transactions within SAP
    ● Reconcile invoices with payments received and follow up on outstanding balances
    ● Generate reports on sales, inventory, and other relevant metrics
    ● Assist in identifying and resolving disputes in orders or invoices
    ● Collaborate with other departments to improve order processing and invoicing procedures
    ● Support portal uploads for customers where applicable.
    ● Assist with other ES Services invoicing needs for LTSA, Bridge, and IX product lines in times of need
    ● Look to improve overall processes within SAP for efficiency in the aftermarket space.

    Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
    ● Experience with ERP systems/SAP
    ● Knowledge of Accounting principles and practices
    ● Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Education & Experience Required:
    ● 2+ years experience in order processing, invoicing or related roles
    ● Proficiency in Google Suite
    ● Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high accuracy in data entry
    ● Excellent organizational and time management skills
    ● Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
    ● Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    Preferred:
    ● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
    ● Experience with SAP or other relevant ERP software
    ● Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
    ● Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
