    Responsibilities:

    Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and community members

    Provide personalized insurance solutions tailored to clients' needs

    Assist clients in understanding their coverage options and policy details

    Respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, claim submissions, and billing verification

    Manage customer inquiries and deliver exceptional, prompt, and friendly service via phone, email, and in-person

    Become familiar with products, services, and systems. Stay informed about industry trends, products, and regulatory changes

    Contribute to agency success through promoting new business, cross-selling, and new initiatives

    Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and agency objectives

    Qualifications:

    Must be licensed or willing to obtain insurance licenses

    Proven experience in sales and customer service, preferably in the insurance industry

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to detail

    Successful background check

    Compensation:

    Competitive salary with experience starting at $20-$25/hour plus commission and bonuses
