About the Role:
Join KC Flow Heroes LLC as a CSR, where you'll play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction and building positive relationships between a company and its clients. A CSR is a professional who interacts with customers to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about products or services also schedule appointments & dispatch the techs. Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls, making out going calls, emails, or messages from customers
Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
Resolve customer complaints and troubleshoot problems
Coordinating delays in schedule with customers and service technicians
Document customer interactions and maintain records in company systems
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved
Skills and Qualifications:
Strong communication and active listening skills
Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
Patience and a positive, professional attitude
Basic computer skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
A positive attitude and ability to work independently as a team player
Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills
Work Environment:
Customer Service Representative will work on site, in the office. The shift is Saturday & Sunday evening 4pm - 8pm & Monday 3pm - 8pm. There is an opportunity for more hours.
