Position Summary: We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers and partners — managing service cases from start to finish, answering product and warranty questions, and coordinating with our technical team to ensure every issue is resolved efficiently.

You don’t need prior appliance experience — we provide full training! We’re looking for motivated, organized, and communicative individuals who want to grow with us and take pride in delivering great service.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming calls and emails in a professional and friendly manner.

Create, update, and track service cases and customer records accurately.

Assist customers and dealers with product information, warranty inquiries, and scheduling service appointments.

Follow up with customers to provide updates and ensure satisfaction.

Collaborate with internal teams (Technical Support, Logistics, Sales) to resolve cases efficiently.

Address concerns and escalate when necessary to maintain customer trust.

Support team initiatives and participate in cross-training to enhance department performance.

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or administrative support.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy.

Positive attitude and a “customer-first” mindset.

Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
