    • Thoroughly document all customer interactions and feedback to assist in ongoing process improvements

    • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are effectively met

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is highly regarded.

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
