Position Overview:
A leading manufacturing company generating over $150M annually is seeking a reliable and personable Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support daily communication with its steady customer base. The ideal candidate will handle incoming orders by phone and email, make outbound calls to regular customers, and assist with any questions, complaints, or routing issues.
This is a full-time, in-office role designed for someone who enjoys relationship-based service, is comfortable with multitasking, and can stay organized while managing various customer needs in a fast-paced environment.

Able to enter and manage orders accurately and promptly
Handles customer issues with patience and care
Key Responsibilities:
Make daily outbound calls to steady customers to take their orders
Receive and process customer orders via phone and email
Enter and track orders in the company’s internal system
Respond to customer inquiries, issues, or complaints and route them appropriately
Maintain positive relationships with long-term accounts
Collaborate with logistics, sales, and operations teams to resolve issues promptly
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention
