    We’re looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist to support patients by phone for our busy optometry practice. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and being part of a positive, team-focused environment.

    What You’ll Do

    Answer incoming patient calls with professionalism and warmth

    Schedule and confirm appointments

    Help patients understand insurance and visit expectations

    Update patient records accurately

    Support clinics by keeping schedules full and organized

    Work closely with a supportive team that values excellent service
