Customer Service Representative (Seasonal March through April)

Mosquito Authority / Pest Authority – Norman, OK

Mosquito Authority and Pest Authority is a locally owned and operated pest control company serving the Greater Oklahoma City area. We help families enjoy their homes and yards without the annoyance of mosquitos or other pests.

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. This position plays a key role in helping customers schedule services, answering questions, and supporting our field technicians.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people and working in a fast-paced small business environment.

Responsibilities

Answer incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries

Schedule mosquito and pest control services

Assist customers with service questions and billing

Maintain customer accounts in our scheduling software

Coordinate daily technician schedules and routes

Follow up with customers regarding services

Help identify opportunities for additional services when appropriate

Provide friendly, professional customer service at all times

Qualifications

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to multitask and stay organized

Comfortable using computers and scheduling software

Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset

Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
