    Customer Service Representative

    Location: West Palm Beach, FL Schedule: Monday - Friday (8am - 4:30pm) Hourly Rate: $15 Pay Frequency: Monthly

    About Us: Nepa Wholesale, established in 2009, is a premier distributor of e-cigarettes, tobacco, and related products located in West Palm Beach, FL. We are seeking motivated, punctual individuals to join our expanding team.

    Responsibilities:

    Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person

    Provide accurate information and timely solutions

    Manage and resolve customer complaints efficiently

    Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

    Process orders, forms, and requests

    Coordinate with internal departments

    Qualifications:

    High School Diploma

    Previous customer service experience required

    Excellent communication skills in English (bilingual in Spanish or Hindi is a plus)

    Proficient in computer skills, including data entry

    Ability to handle high call volumes professionally

    Experience working in a C-store, vape shop is a plus

    Requirements:

    Valid Driver’s License

    Background Screening

    E-verification eligibility

    Must reside within a 20-mile radius of West Palm Beach, FL
