    Key Responsibilities:

    - Provide accurate information about products/services, order status, and company policies.
    - Assist customers with troubleshooting issues and resolving complaints.
    - Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
    - Process orders, modifications, and cancellations following company guidelines.
    - Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics.

    Qualifications:

    - High school diploma or equivalent.
    - Proven experience in a customer service role or related field. no experience needed
    - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
    - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
    - 18 years or older
    - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed.
    - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
    - A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
