    Job Summary

    We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate is skilled, computer savvy, organized, detail-oriented, and able to work as part of a team.

    Responsibilities

    Receive/process a high volume of inbound calls and emails.

    Process orders accurately using Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks

    Use best practices in customer service techniques to develop rapport and build relationships with customers.

    Maintain an organized filing system of original documents.

    Communicate effectively with team members.

    Various general office duties

    Qualifications

    Ability to work legally in the United States

    Regular attendance in accordance with an established work schedule is mandatory.

    Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.

    Detail oriented and able to focus on repetitive tasks.

    Previous experience in Customer Service, Data Entry or in a similar position is preferred.

    General knowledge of Microsoft Excel

    General knowledge of QuickBooks is preferred but not required.

    Attention to Detail

    Ability to work well under pressure.

    Highly organized with the ability to prioritize projects and manage time effectively.
