FASTSIGNS of Chesapeake is hiring for a Customer Service Representative to join our team! We have 3 locations in the Hampton Roads area and the Chesapeake location needs a strong leader, someone to take the reins and make this location rock! Need someone who is high energy, super-organized, able to stay on top of multiple priorities, and take care of our customers. ADD/ADHD, no problem as long as you are effective.

A Successful FASTSIGNS Customer Service Representative Will:

Be the initial contact with current as well as prospective customers in our FASTSIGNS Center

Learn to prepare estimates, implement work orders and ensure timely delivery and installation of finished orders

Enjoy being involved in team meetings, execute business and marketing plans and be intimately involved in the success of this FASTSIGNS Center

Work with customers in numerous ways such as email, telephone, in-person and at their place of business

Build long-lasting relationships by turning prospects into long term clients.

Ideal Qualifications for FASTSIGNS Customer Service Representative:

3-5 years of inside sales, retail or counter sales experience preferred - This is NOT a call center job!

Outgoing, responsive, eager to learn and has the ability to build relationships

Great listening and organization skills

Stamina - lots of moving parts in our business and you have to stay on top of them

Ability to work under pressure to output high volume, high-quality work
