Full-Time or Part-Time Opportunities Available

Pay: $33,000 - $40,000 per year (based on experience and qualifications)

💲 $1,000 SIGN-ON BONUS

What You'll Do

Answer incoming customer calls professionally, courteously, and enthusiastically.

Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every call.

Manage multiple phone lines in a fast-paced office environment.

Schedule service, maintenance, and installation appointments.

Coordinate technician schedules efficiently.

Communicate with homeowners to help identify their comfort needs.

Maintain accurate customer records and appointment information.

Handle customer questions, concerns, and follow-up communications.

Support technicians and office staff to ensure smooth daily operations.

Educate customers about maintenance plans, services, and promotions.

Participate in a reasonable rotating on-call schedule for evenings and weekends.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is:

Friendly, energetic, and customer-focused.

An excellent communicator with outstanding phone etiquette.

Organized with strong attention to detail.

Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Computer proficient and willing to learn new software.

Reliable, dependable, and a true team player.

Experienced in customer service, dispatching, scheduling, or call center operations (preferred but not required).
