Join a dynamic team at a fast-growing sports wagering startup as a part-time Customer Service Representative (call center). You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing timely, knowledgeable, and friendly support across multiple channels.
Qualifications & Experience
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
2+ years of recent call center experience in the sports betting, gaming, or hospitality industry required.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must be able to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Nevada gaming registration.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
Familiarity with customer service software and good computer skills.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to sit at a computer workstation and answer calls for an 8+ hour shift.
This is a part-time position, in an office, located in the Southwest area of Las Vegas.
Scheduling flexibility to work any shift, holidays, and weekends is expected.
