Requirements:
Customer service experience in an office/administrative environment
Experience in Medicare and commercial insurance benefit verification
DME/HME experience preferred, with intake
Preference given to bilingual "English/Spanish"
High level of comfort on the phone
Ability to multi-task and maintain a high level of accuracy
Experience with computers, Excel, Word and Outlook
Friendly/outgoing personality and a passion for helping people and a positive attitude
Good attendance is a must!
Adaptable to change
Team player
Qualifications
High school diploma/GED
Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar role is preferred
Comfortable using computers and customer management software
Excellent phone and verbal communication skills
Understanding of active listening techniques
Ability to work well under pressure
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize projects and manage time effectively
