We are seeking a sophisticated and detail-oriented Client Service Representative to join our premier European automotive facility. Specializing in BMW, Audi, Mini and VW. We pride ourselves on customer service excellence, precision and exclusivity. In this role, you are the face of our brand, providing a "white-glove" experience that matches the sophistication of the vehicles we service.
Key Responsibilities
Concierge Intake: Provide a personalized greeting and thorough vehicle walk-around, identifying and documenting client concerns with extreme attention to detail.
Technical Liaison: Ability to learn and translate complex mechanical diagnostics from our Master Technicians into clear, value-driven explanations for the client.
Project Management: Manage the lifecycle of high-ticket repairs, ensuring all parts are tracked and timelines are met.
Brand Stewardship: Maintain a pristine service reception and office environment that reflects our luxury standards.
Quality Control: Perform a final review of the vehicle’s cleanliness and work performed before presenting the keys back to the client.
Requirements & Qualifications
Expertise: Familiarity with European automotive brands.
Customer Service support for the clients and advisors.
Professionalism: Polished appearance and a refined communication style suitable for high-net-worth clientele.
Tech Savvy: Ability to learn high-end Shop Management Software and EOS management tools.
Education: High school diploma or GED required;
Experience: Previous customer service or retail sales experience; prior automotive industry experience is a strong plus.
Soft Skills: True caring nature and strong ability to be companionate with clients experiencing difficult circumstances.
