    Customer Service Representative

    Location: 285 W. Wieuca Rd NE, Atlanta, GA 30342

    We are looking for a friendly and dependable Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role helps customers with shipping, printing, packaging, and other store services while providing an excellent in-store experience.

    Schedule

    Monday–Friday: Store open 9 AM – 5 PM

    Team hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

    Closed on most Federal Holidays

    Key Responsibilities

    Assist customers with shipping, packaging, and printing services

    Operate point-of-sale system, printers, and store equipment

    Process orders and provide product/service recommendations

    Sort and manage virtual mailbox mail

    Qualifications

    Excellent customer service skills

    Strong multitasking and communication abilities

    Detail-oriented with good time management

    High school diploma or equivalent

    Valid driver’s license required

    Retail/POS software experience preferred

    Physical Requirements

    Ability to stand for extended periods

    Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
