    We are a premium 3PL warehouse specializing in small parcel fulfillment for a diverse client base. Our team is focused on accuracy, speed, attention to detail and delivering a high-quality customer experience.

    Position Summary

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Service Representative to support daily operations, manage carrier and client communication, and ensure timely resolution of order and inventory issues. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in accuracy, communication, and problem-solving.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Review daily priorities with Customer Service Manager and manage assigned tasks - Monitor Slack and respond to messages professionally and promptly

    • Manage carrier inquiries and update order statuses

    • Submit and follow up on carrier claims

    • Maintain tracking sheets and order status updates

    • Monitor inventory and “Need to Order” items in ShipHero

    • Complete weekly inventory adjustments and reports

    • Communicate with clients regarding inventory and promotions

    • Identify trends, anticipate issues, and escalate concerns

    • Maintain organization and complete daily tasks

    • Maintain OOS SKU board.

    • Pack orders as needed.

    Qualifications

    • 1+ year of customer service, logistics, or warehouse experience preferred - Strong attention to detail and organization

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    • Strong problem-solving ability

    • Ability to anticipate issues and manage priorities

    • Experience with ShipHero, Slack, and Google Sheets is a plus
