Customer Service Representative
Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL In-office (full-time)
About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and professional Customer Service Representative to support customers, manage incoming inquiries, and ensure smooth order processing. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to troubleshoot issues, and a strong customer-focused mindset. You will be speaking frequently with customers, including professionals and doctors, so confidence and clarity in communication are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls and provide high-quality phone support
Assist new customers and guide them through product information
Intake and process customer orders with accuracy
Manage customer accounts and maintain ongoing communication
Provide proactive support and follow up with clients
Troubleshoot customer issues and ensure timely resolutions
Coordinate with customs and shipping as needed
Use WhatsApp/Account Messenger to communicate with customers
Maintain professionalism when speaking with doctors and medical professionals
Support general customer needs
Requirements
Strong phone and communication skills
Comfortable speaking with customers
Ability to present products clearly and confidently
Highly proactive and organized
Ability to troubleshoot and manage customer issues independently
Professional, articulate, and confident communicator
Experience in customer service or order processing is an advantage
Bonus Skills
Experience working with medical professionals
Previous exposure to logistics/shipping/customs
Familiarity with online customer communication tools (WhatsApp, Messenger, etc.)
