We are seeking a motivated and dependable Entry-Level Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals looking to begin or grow their career in customer service while developing strong communication, problem-solving, and professional skills. The Customer Service Representative will serve as a primary point of contact for customers, providing assistance, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person communication
Provide accurate information about products, services, or programs
Assist customers with requests, concerns, and account-related questions
Maintain a professional and friendly attitude during all interactions
Document customer interactions and update records in company systems
Resolve basic issues and escalate complex concerns when necessary
Support administrative and operational tasks as assigned
Maintain knowledge of company policies, services, and procedures
Contribute to a positive team environment and company culture
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Basic computer and data entry skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Reliable attendance and punctuality

The base salary for this position is $16.50 hourly. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
