Job Summary:

Our Customer Service Representatives work closely with customers and our sales team, providing support with the goal of increasing sales and customer satisfaction.

Responsibility Overview:

Provide service to customers in our office, over the telephone, and by email.

Generate project cost estimates for new inquiries and repeat customers

Help the customer by identifying their requirements and providing the services and products that best meet their needs.

Show expertise by communicating with the customer about our products, services, and capabilities.

Ensure that all their requirements are met for their unique projects.

Skills we are looking for:

Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)

Strong computer skills

Ability to multi-task

Team player that can work with others to deliver a project on time

Cat Lover -- we have 5 Feline Supervisors at our shop

Skills desired, but not required:

Previous experience in project estimating

Printing and signage experience

Understanding of direct mail and automated marketing

Experience with PrintSmith or PrintersPlan or SalesForce software platforms
