    Five years ago, Providence Insurance Advisors was a team of three.

    Today, we're a team of eighteen and growing.

    After spending 11 years in the captive insurance world, our founder started Providence with a simple belief: clients deserve options, and insurance professionals should have the freedom to recommend what's best for the client, not just what's available through one or two carriers.

    Today, we represent many of the nation's leading insurance companies, including Travelers, Progressive, Auto-Owners Insurance, Liberty Mutual, GEICO, Mercury Insurance, Openly, Acuity Insurance, and many others.

    Because of that, we rarely have to tell someone we can't help.

    We're looking for an experienced insurance professional to join our team and help us continue delivering the kind of service that has fueled our growth.

    What You'll Do

    Assist clients with policy changes, billing questions, coverage reviews, claims support, and general service needs

    Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, and in person

    Review accounts and help identify opportunities to better protect clients and their families

    Work directly with insurance carriers to advocate for clients and resolve issues

    Maintain accurate account documentation and follow through on outstanding items

    Collaborate with producers and teammates to deliver an exceptional client experience

    Build lasting relationships with the families and businesses we serve

    What We're Looking For

    Previous insurance agency experience required

    Active insurance license preferred (or ability to obtain quickly if needed)

    Strong communication and relationship-building skills

    High attention to detail and organizational skills

    A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help people

    Someone who takes ownership and follows through

    A team player who is willing to jump in and help wherever needed
