About the Role:

Assist clients with policy information and claims processing.

Provide accurate quotes and information on insurance products.

Identify and escalate issues to management as needed.

Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.

Previous experience in customer service, preferably in insurance.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer management software.

Insurance license is a plus but not required; we will provide training.
