    Position Summary

    We are seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Representative to provide timely, professional support to our customers through email and occasional inbound phone calls. This is an in-person position for someone who is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

    Responsibilities

    Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via email.

    Answer occasional inbound customer phone calls and provide exceptional service.

    Resolve customer concerns, order issues, shipping inquiries, and product questions.

    Partner with the Fulfillment team to prioritize rush orders and resolve order-related issues.

    Investigate shipping delays, damaged packages, and order discrepancies.

    Maintain accurate customer records and document all customer interactions.

    Utilize Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other computer applications to track orders and customer requests.

    Meet established response time expectations while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

    Perform additional administrative and customer support duties as assigned.

    Qualifications & Skills

    Minimum of two (2) years of customer service experience required.

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    Strong computer proficiency and the ability to quickly learn new software and systems.

    Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office applications.

    Strong typing and data entry skills with excellent attention to detail.

    Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

    Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

    Ability to work independently and collaboratively with multiple departments.

    Professional, dependable, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service.

    Experience with e-commerce platforms or customer service software (such as Shopify, Gorgias, Zendesk, or similar) is a plus.

    Schedule

    Monday–Friday during business hours (9:00 AM–5:00 PM)

    Part-time schedule to be discussed during the interview process.

    Must be available to work weekends and holidays as business needs require.
