We are looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. As the first point of contact for our customers, the CSR plays a key role in delivering exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for responding to inquiries, processing transactions, and supporting various aspects of the customer journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner
Process orders and handle financial transactions accurately
Maintain and update customer records in our system
Address and resolve customer complaints or issues efficiently
Collaborate with team members across departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
Answer incoming calls and route them appropriately
Schedule and book jobs or appointments as required
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor's degree preferred)
Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Proficiency with computers and customer management systems (CRM)
A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Service Titan experience is a plus
