This innovative organization leverages a modern transportation management platform, real-time routing capabilities, and a mission-driven commitment to health equity. They are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Customer Service Representative to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent role. On-site presence is required. Future hybrid/remote capabilities may be explored, but not guaranteed.

    As Customer Service Representative, you would be responsible for supporting members by scheduling and coordinating non-emergency medical transportation, resolving ride-related issues, and ensuring an accurate, compliant, and compassionate service experience. This role is critical to helping members attend medical appointments on time while contributing to the successful launch and growth of a new contact center.

    Key Responsibilities

    · Manage inbound and outbound calls to schedule, confirm, update, or cancel transportation services

    · Verify member eligibility, benefits, and trip details using internal systems

    · Resolve transportation issues with empathy, escalating urgent matters when needed

    · Maintain accurate, compliant documentation in accordance with HIPAA and Medicaid guidelines

    · Meet performance metrics while collaborating with team members to improve service quality
