The ideal candidate will oversee customer service and office administrative functions while providing our customers with an "unsurpassed repair experience." Responsibilities: • Engage with customers and visitors promptly and courteously • Multitask and work in a team environment • Dependable and able to work 7:30 am - 5:00 pm M-F • Provide assistance to the estimating team by scheduling estimates and following through with scheduling repairs • Keep the office area and restrooms clean, tidy, and welcoming • Responsible for inbound and outbound calls, emails, etc. • Opens and closes the office during regular business hours 7:30-5:00 pm, Monday - Friday • Update customers continually during the repair process by various methods of communication • Uses and maintains the various systems used, such as CCC, BodyShop Booster, Auto Scheduler, iCAR, and OEM Certification platforms • Provides President and General Manager reports from the company management systems relating to service and sales • Assists the bookkeeper as requested Qualifications: • Must be comfortable engaging with customers and visitors face-to-face and via other forms of communication • Must have legible handwriting and be comfortable filling out our documents • Must be dependable to ensure the office is opened daily on time • Have experience with MS Office products such as MS Word and Excel • QuickBooks knowledge is a plus, but not required Compensation: $18 - $22 hourly DOE
