Customer Service Representative Relief / Warehouse Support

    New System | Full-Time | Service Department

New System is a family-owned linen rental company serving restaurants and medical/dental partners across the Pacific Northwest. We’re hiring a CSR Relief / Warehouse Support teammate who can jump in where needed—supporting our CSRs on the road and keeping the warehouse running clean, safe, and organized.

    Why you’ll like it here

    • You’re not stuck doing the same thing every day — route support + warehouse work keeps it moving • You’ll be a key part of the Service team (CSRs, leadership, and warehouse all rely on you) • Clear expectations, strong training, and a team that wants you to win • Real impact: when you’re organized, stocked, and ready—our routes run smoother and customers feel it

What you’ll do (Route Relief CSR Support)

    • Cover routes as assigned (PTO coverage, open routes, call-outs, growth) • Deliver/pick up linens & supplies; verify tickets and collect signatures • Use mobile tools to document service, routes, and updates • Handle customer issues professionally (fix what you can, escalate what you can’t) • Drive safely, complete pre/post-trip inspections, and support our safety culture

    What you’ll do (Warehouse Support)

Receive product and confirm counts/condition when shipments arrive • Organize and stage product so CSRs can load quickly and accurately • Prepare product for routes (pull, bundle, label, and set up as needed) • Maintain cleanliness, order, and safety in the warehouse (5S mindset) • Support the Service department with basic tasks that keep the day moving (restocks, returns, sorting, recovery)

You’re a fit if you are

    • Reliable, organized, and accountable • Comfortable working independently and staying on task • Detail-minded with product, cleanliness, and follow-through • Helpful by nature — you like being the person who makes things easier for the team • Able to switch gears quickly when priorities change

    Requirements

    • Valid driver’s license; comfortable driving a box truck (training provided, no CDL required) • Able to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs. repeatedly • Comfortable using basic mobile apps/tools • Background check + drug screening required for fleet drivers • Safety-first mindset (you keep your area clean and your team protected)

Apply with your resume and a quick note: “What does ‘supporting the team’ mean to you when the day gets busy?”
