Position: Part-time Customer Service Representative (20-24 hours per week)

Fort Worth, TX
Position requirements:
· Serves as the primary contact from Order to Cash cycle.
· Preferred previous experience as Customer Service Representative at a distribution company or similar positions.
· Experience as supply chain contact from end-to-end shipment to invoice.
· Process day-to-day orders in ERP that comply with agreed terms and conditions.
· Preferred previous experience with Epicor ERP or similar systems.
· Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Job responsibilities:
· This position requires interaction with sales engineers and customers.
· Receive, process, and follow up on customer requirements.
· Review and validate shipment documents and deliver it to the proper departments.
· Daily tasks ranged from order management, updating quantities, ship dates, delivery address, etc.
· Coordinate shipments and transit of materials until their arrival with the client.
· Manage and update internal database according to the internal ERP system.
· Collaborate in sales logistics and product distribution.
· Contribute to other tasks specific to the area, within the framework of their responsibilities and abilities.
