Job Summary

We are seeking a Seasonal Tax Professional to join our team. In this role at Liberty Tax, you will prepare clients' tax filings and advise them on strategies to maximize savings and make sound financial decisions. Responsibilities

One-on-one tax interviews with clients to record data including personal information and earnings

Prepare complete and accurate tax returns

Maintain confidentiality of documentation

Meet personal and team quotas

Attend trainings to maintain up-to-date skills and knowledge

Must meet all other IRS and applicable state requirements

Qualifications

High school diploma/GED

Excellent phone and verbal communication skills

Comfortable using computers and customer management software

Understanding of active listening techniques

Highly organized with the ability to prioritize projects and manage time effectively

Ability to work well under pressure
