Customer Service Representative (Part-Time) Rocky Mountain Bottled Water – Littleton, CO Pay: $19.00–$20.00 per hour | In-Person | Monday–Friday | Day Shift

Rocky Mountain Bottled Water, a locally owned and family-operated company based in Littleton, CO, is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to join our in-house team. We are a close-knit organization of approximately 45 employees dedicated to providing top-quality service and products to our community.

Schedule:

Part-time (Monday through Friday)

Morning or afternoon shifts available

Approximately 4 hours per day

On-site position (not remote)

Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls and emails in a professional and timely manner

Address and resolve customer inquiries, issues, and concerns

Perform accurate data entry

Collaborate with office and field staff to ensure excellent customer experience

Assist with additional office support tasks as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous customer service experience

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Positive, team-oriented attitude

Reliable attendance and punctuality

Knowledge of routing/logistics is a plus

Location Requirement: Candidates must be able to reliably commute to our Littleton, CO office (80122)
