Job Description:
Responsible for providing customer service to taxpayers in our SRO TIA office with filing assistance, taxpayer education, refund issues/disputes, billing issues/disputes, and State of Arizona tax policies and procedures; complete research and necessary adjustments to resolve taxpayer account issues in all four tax types. Customers are assisted through Live Chat, Walk-in office, Correspondence, calls and various email boxes. The ideal candidate must have a strong customer service background.
Required: At least 6 months of front desk experience
Preferred skills: Bilingual (Spanish)
M-F 8AM-5PM. Candidate will not work over 40 hours/week.
Interviews will be on-site.
