Metal Supermarkets Denver (Commerce City) is looking for a Customer Service Respresentative (CSR) to join its team. This critical associate is typically the first team member of our business that a customer comes in contact with, providing product and services information. Our CSRs also work to resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. The best CSRs are genuinely excited to help customers.

Responsibilities:
Provide timely, consistent, superior customer service, ensuring all customer needs and requests are identified and addressed, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction at all times
Maintain a professional, yet friendly, atmosphere for customers as well as a positive attitude and a desire to be successful
Develop and maintain a knowledge of our repeat clients and their business needs
Troubleshoot client issues and communicate feedback to the product team for upgrades and new features
Acknowledge and respond in a timely fashion to all order requests, submitted quotes and delivery follow-up.
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
Develop and maintain an in depth knowledge of metals and Metal Supermarkets’ products and services
Recognize opportunities to generate sales leads and new customer development
Support the achievement of sales/budget targets, which includes maintaining stock control and gross margins while managing cost budgets
Enter and update customer information into Point of Sale software in a timely manner
Be on time and show up daily; the team depends on every member
Qualifications
Proven customer support experience – with service trades preferred
Exceptional telephone skills and conversational etiquette
Strong math skills including the ability to calculate lengths, area, profit, margins and discounts
Computer skills such as MS office, etc. a definite plus
Fluent in written and spoken English (Spanish is a plus)
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
Customer-orientated and ability to adapt/respond to different types of customers and personalities
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
High school degree/GED
POSITION: Permanent Full Time
HOURS: Regular business hours - Monday to Friday
COMPENSATION: Hourly + receive commission based bonuses for achieving and exceeding sales targets TRAINING: 1 paid week of courses and on-the-job training

Pay: Starting $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
