Position Overview: We are seeking an organized and client-focused Customer Service Representative to manage essential administrative tasks and serve as the welcoming face of our company. Key Responsibilities:
Phone Management: Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls for multiple service verticals.
Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate estimator appointments for landscaping, plumbing, tree, electrical and fence services.
Record Management: Create contacts and opportunities for multiple service verticals, enter detailed notes, and maintain accurate records.
Customer Interaction: Greet customers warmly and professionally.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service/scheduling role preferred.
Proficient in Google Workspace.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Positive attitude and ability to multitask in a busy environment.
