Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer emails, phone calls, and live chats with clear, professional, grammatically correct communication
Identify customer needs, ask effective clarifying questions, and provide accurate, helpful solutions
Troubleshoot common issues and follow written procedures for a variety of support topics
Resolve customer concerns with a customer-first mindset; you’ll be empowered to “make it right”
Document all customer interactions clearly and thoroughly
Enter orders and update customer/order details accurately in our systems
Escalate complex issues when needed and follow through to completion
Qualifications:
High school diploma/GED
Prior experience as a Customer Service Representative, or in a similar role
Strong computer skills and comfort working in browser-based systems and Microsoft Office 365
Excellent written communication skills and professional phone etiquette
Strong active listening skills and the ability to stay calm with frustrated customers
Strong problem-solving ability and good judgment
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
