The Customer Service Representative (CSR) at Synergy Micro Solutions plays a key role in supporting clients and internal teams by processing sales orders, managing quotes, tracking data in the CRM system, and providing consultative insights on products and services. This position also involves administrative tasks, minor accounting duties, and handling RMAs, all while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates have at least one year of customer service experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience with inside sales, Zoho CRM, or a tech-savvy background is a plus.
