    POSITION OVERVIEW

    The intent of this position is to provide top-tier customer service in the execution of the sales process while maintaining a safe, compliant and organized environment. C.S.R. are primarily responsible for sales of firearms, ammunition, accessories and services, while creating a safe, clean and inviting atmosphere for our customers, and upholding the Company's core values and standards as outlined in our mission statement.

    RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

    Maintain standards of Safety, Compliance and Customer Service

    Provide information to customers in person and via telephone

    The safe and legal transfer of firearms

    Sales Process and procedure adherence

    Utilize point of sale software, credit card machine and cash drawer to accurately transact sales

    Daily Open/Close checklist tasks

    Satisfactory execution of form 4473

    Buys/Trades within pre-established company parameters (with manager oversight)

    Refunds/Returns (With manager oversight)

    Assist customers with SilencerShop Kiosk process

    Organization & Cleaning of showroom, restrooms, break areas and general shop cleanliness

    Inventory counts

    QUALIFICATIONS

    The candidate that fills this position must be a self-starter with a positive attitude, and be extremely focused, organized, detail oriented and have a great desire to provide the highest levels of customer service. Must possess problem solving skills and patience, and be capable of multitasking. Must have basic knowledge of firearms manufacturers, importers, models, calibers, and other operational and descriptive factors. Understanding of laws and company policies relating to the legal transfer of firearms, ammunition and related accessories.

    -Experience with basic computer functions

    -Through understanding on firearm safety - Certification required

    -Basic firearms and related product knowledge

    -Strategic thinking and problem solving skills

    SCHEDULE

    Full Time hourly Position. The schedule is based on the position's workflow requirements.

    PAY RATE

    Hourly - Based on related job experience
