What You’ll Do
As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients. You aren’t just a representative; you are the face of our company. Your main duties will include:
Key Responsibilities
Managing incoming calls and addressing client needs.
Scheduling and dispatching technicians efficiently.
Handling client complaints and issues professionally and promptly.
Keeping precise records of client interactions, and ensuring information accuracy.
Following up on client concerns, guaranteeing satisfaction.
Supporting our technicians administratively when required.
Adhere to all company core values, policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
