    Job Summary

    We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team ONSITE in Reno, NV. This position is responsible for managing customer orders from start to finish while providing exceptional service and support. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to handle customer concerns professionally, and experience working in a manufacturing or automotive environment. Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and order management processes is a plus. Information based on the provided job description.

    Responsibilities

    • Process and manage customer orders to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
    • Proactively monitor orders and communicate any delays or changes to customers.
    • Coordinate product shipments and logistics activities.
    • Provide customer support by phone and respond to inquiries promptly.
    • Assist with technical support and quality-related follow-up.
    • Work closely with production and materials teams to address inventory issues and potential backorders.
    • Learn and navigate multiple systems, products, and customer portals.
    • Maintain accurate work instructions and update processes as requirements change.
    • Resolve customer concerns and complaints professionally.
    • Perform additional duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Previous customer service experience preferred.
    • Experience in a manufacturing or automotive environment is highly preferred.
    • General knowledge of automotive parts is beneficial.
    • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to manage difficult situations and resolve customer concerns.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with Google Docs.
    • Experience with ERP/MRP systems is a plus.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

    Physical Requirements

    • Ability to regularly lift, pack, stack, and wrap items weighing up to 20 pounds.
    • Ability to stand, walk, and frequently use hands for handling materials.
    • Work is performed in a moderate-noise manufacturing environment.
