Customer Service Representative – Eco-Friendly Dry Cleaning
We are looking for a friendly and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is the face of our store, welcoming customers, taking orders, and ensuring an excellent service experience.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a professional, courteous manner
Accurately enter orders into the computer system
Handle payments (cash, card, mobile) and close out transactions
Answer phone calls and assist with customer inquiries
Maintain a clean and organized front counter area
Work closely with the team to ensure smooth store operations
Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic computer skills (POS or order entry experience a plus)
Customer service or retail experience preferred, but not required
