We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional service and building strong relationships with our clients. This role involves handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through various communication channels.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Visit customers at their homes and provide in-person tutorials and troubleshooting assistance.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively, escalating complex problems when necessary.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Identify and recommend solutions to improve customer service processes.
• Process orders, forms, and applications.
• Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and company changes.
• Will be in charge of events (4-6 events per year, such as town days and home shows) to ensure continuous coverage and support.
